I just want to say good job guys. What a great website and I am truly amazed at the service and speediness of the site. Everything I heard about this company is 100% true, whether it was from a friend or a work meeting that I was at earlier in the week that said Zappos has the #1 customer service team ever assembled, it's all true! I am always looking for brand new sneakers/shoes and I will no longer shop anywhere else but Zappos.com!
