I felt compelled to write about my recent order experience with Zappos.com. It was my first on-line shoe purchase, and certainly won't be my last. I was initially thrilled with the expansive selection and quality of products offered. Looking over your site I felt like a kid in a candy store. I finally settled on two pair (tough to limit myself) and placed my order. I was promptly notified via email with the pertinent details and delighted by the free shipping. But to my surprise, later that day I got a second email saying the order was already shipping...and I'd have it the next day. I must admit, I didn't believe it. But lo and behold my shoes were on my door step the very next day. And they're gorgeous! I'm telling ALL my friends about this web site and the superior customer service. You should be proud of what you have going here - job well done!
