 |  | Thank you for a very pleasant and rewarding experience when I contacted Zappos for the very first time.
I was impressed by several things:
1) I was not greeted by the usual "All our customer representatives are currently serving other customers - your anticipated wait is 1 minute", only to sit on the phone for five minutes or more. A salesperson was on the line in less than a half-minute!
2) The salesperson who did answer spoke in a very nice, clear AMERICAN voice, and was very pleasant and helpful. She was patient with me (I'm over 80) and assisted me in choosing the product I was looking for.
3) I placed my order around 4 or 5 PM (EST) yesterday, and, much to my surprise, the UPS truck was at my home at 10 AM (PST) today. And, I live in a small town not very close to any major city!
I hope I am not premature in my Kudos since I might have to return the slippers for a different size, but somehow I feel that that won't be a problem. Thanks again, and I have already recommended your company to a friend!
