I wrote to you 2 days ago with a complaint about my grandson's Asics which I ordered from you in October of last year for his November birthday. The shoes developed holes in them next to soles along the side and even though my grandson already tossed them I wrote to you with my complaint. I never really expected any thing and then I get a note from you yesterday asking me to have my grandson choose another pair--and give me a $20 off coupon on anything I wanted!!! I was blown away! I have always bragged about you guys and this proves that you not only supply premium (and quick) service but you listen to your customers and take to heart what they say.
