 |  | Ladies, When I have a really positive customer service experience, I like to tell my friends. I'm here to tell you that if you haven't checked out Zappos.com, you should! Their service is beyond anything I've experienced in years. Not only do they provide free shipping both ways, they make the return a cinch and allow you to return shoes a whole year after you bought them. The best part is an order I placed Thursday night at 11:00 p.m. and despite not paying an additional fee for speedy shipping, my shoes were at the house by noon the next day! Then I got a handwritten thank you note from the service rep I spoke with. The overnight delivery is something I never expected and they did not promise, but it was a great surprise.
