 | Dear Zappos, I cannot begin to thank you enough for the beautiful flowers. When they were delivered, I saw the card, and said, “Who are these from?” I saw Zappos, it didn't ring a bell. I said, “I don't think these are for me. I am sorry for your trouble.” but then I read the card, I was floored. My husband thanks you also. In this day and age, people are in such a hurry, they don't apologize for bumping into you, they hit people with their cars and leave, they give you the finger when they cross the line driving and they're on the phone. I am telling everyone, I got flowers from Zappos.com, where I order shoes online. Makes me sure I still want to have faith in the human race, still want to believe dreams come true, and if you do good, it will come back to you.
