The CS rep I talked to went the step BEYOND looking at Earth's website, which I had done, as well; CALLED them to find the answer to my question; AND, got back to me so quickly, that’s really IMPRESSIVE! This is what one SHOULD be able to expect from a customer care representative, but unfortunately does not always receive! THANK YOU!! BRAVA!! :)) I look forward to receiving these shoes, as I have SO much trouble with shoes!! And, to a long relationship if all goes well!
