I have a lot of trouble with me feet, and when I find a shoe that works for me -- it's comfortable and elegant and fits well -- I buy two pairs. I've just bought my second pair of this shoe. It's perfect if you have a bunion on one foot, as I do, because it comes in wide sizes and the flexible band can cover the bunion. It looks heavy in the picture, but it doesn't look that way when you're wearing it. It gives you height but the wedge heel is easy to walk in, and the little pewter-colored buttons give it pzazz. Go for it!

I purchased the Gunmetal Metallic Tyra shoe in late March 2012 and was satisfied with its fit and comfort. However, I am very disappointed in the quality of the metallic patent across the front of the shoe. The patent is splitting in two placed on the right shoe after only minimal wearing. At such a high price I am very upset that the patent has not held up. I am not hard on my shoes, and this is definitely a material flaw that Munro shoe makers need to address.

I wasn't sure any sandal was worth this much, but at least for me and my hard-to-fit feet, it was. I found the black pair so comfortable and stylish, that I invested in the brown/blue pair as well. I have size 8AA narrow feet, small ankles, and a really narrow heel. The narrow size 8 was too narrow for the width of my feet. I couldn't get the velcro flap at the top side of the shoe to completely cover the velcro attachment on the other side. So I returned the sandals for an 8 medium B width, and they fit very well. I once owned about five pairs of classic black Munro tie oxfords, and wore them over 3-4 years in the fall/winter because they fit my feet like a charm. So grateful this shoe company exists!

Love this shoe. Amazingly comfy straight out of the box. I got the brown and blue and it's very stylish. It's my first pair of Munro American, that I have kept -- the two or three pairs ordered in the past tended toward frumpy. This shoe looks great. I prefer a C width so went with the regular width first time around. It was too narrow so re-ordered the sandal in the D with and it was spot-on. Could not be more pleased.
I'd also recommend: Cole Haan, Paul Green, Frye, Kumfs

I am already regretting returning these. They are really nice shoes. They rubbed in a funny place on my bunion and I worry about comfort as I spend long active days on my feet. They are expensive, but look it and are really attractive on and have a comfortable footbed. The sole gives them a stylish platform height without being too high as I am tall. The straps are velcro. I always wonder how long they'll last.

The straps are not put on correctly. One shoe is different. Ordered it twice because I liked it so much, but too expensive to not have the straps right.
