The Zappos' returns department personnel could certainly confirm that I have been looking for a shoe which looked nice but provided me the room and support necessary for my arthritic feet. From the moment I tried this pair of shoes on, I knew I had found one. I have worn the American Tour several times now...no rubbing, chafing, pulling, squeezing in the wrong places...just comfort and style.

I love the look of these shoes, but was disappointed to find they are quite a bit wider than other Munro American shoes I own in the same width. I have to wear trouser socks instead of regular hose or knee-highs with these. While there's a velcro closure, it doesn't really help tighten the shoe at all. Elastic gores would have been more effective for optimal fit.

Wonderful shoes! I've never paid this much for shoes before, but these are worth it. Fit my narrow feet perfectly, and were "broken-in" comfortable at first wearing. Beautiful leather, great style, and I like that they are made in the U.S., too.

I recently purchased these shoes with additional arch supports (as I have high arches). These shoes are extremely comfortable to wear in the office and look a bit dressier than the casual shoe that they feel like. I'm excited to try them out on a trip where I will need to do a lot of walking and standing. The only complaint that I have is that they were not very comfortable to drive in. I think that I had to press harder on the accelerator and that has made the ball of my foot near my big toe sore.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe. I was able to wear them straight out the box. I guess for most people this is not a big deal, but I have a condition,that limits my choice and ability to wear any shoe right away..

My heels are very narrow (I wear a 7½N) but I have no slippage problem with these shoes. I've worn them all day and they are very comfortable and easy to get on with the Velcro. I own a LOT of Munro shoes, and these are becoming my new favorites.

Wow! I bought them, thought they fit after walking around the house. But they are way big in the heel. Now I have a very expensive beautiful pair of shoes that I still wear but don't fit as they should. I usually like Munro and of course I LOVE Zappos.

I have worn the Munro "Tour" for six months, and really like them. Good fit, very comfortable. The toe box is narrow, so you can't wear anything thicker than trouser socks. My only complaint is the Velcro closure. The piece of Velcro is rather small (1" x 6/8") and insufficient to hold the shoe snugly closed. It ends up loose on my foot rather quickly. This is the only reason for the '4' star rating in "Overall".

I just received these. One of the shoes has somewhat wrinkled leather...the other has very wrinkled leather. Not what I expected at this price. I am sending it back.

I have a short wide foot and Munro American shoes are fabulous. They fit right out of the box! I have several pairs and when I order Munro American shoes I never have to worry about quality either. These shoes are well made. The leather feels and smells like leather. I love the wide toe box.

My first pair was too long. I had to get a half size smaller than I normally get in Munro American. I like Munros because I can use my heal lift (6MM PQ Flat Raise) with no slipping.

I learned about Zappos from my son and daughter-in-law. I have a very difficult foot to fit, much less trying to find a shoe my size. I now wear a women's size 12 narrow and there is so little to choose from. I couldn't find anything in my city that was able to help me within reason. I got online, started looking to see what you had and there I spotted the Munro American Tour. I ordered a 12 medium but I think a narrow might have been better. I ordered the shoes in the evening around 7:30 p.m. on the West coast of the U.S. and lo and behold they arrived the very next day. Thank you Zappos, you have a new customer.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have flat feet and have to be careful of the types of shoes I purchase. I trusted the Munro brand here as I have 2 other pair of dress shoes from the Munro brand that I've owned for over 5 years. These did not disappoint. I love the comfort and the style.

I have had my first pair of shoes in this style for over a year. I am still satisfied so got a second pair, this time in dark brown. They have a roomy toe box. I need cushioned support for my arches. They are neutral enough that they work with most khakis or jeans. There is a tad of heel slippage but wearing trouser socks will help.

Very comfortable shoe that fits well and works well with an orthotic, although it is a bit squeaky with the orthotic in, but that's easily fixed with a sprinkling of baby powder. The only problem I have is that the shoe scuffs easily with only a slight scrape.

These shoes are great with jeans but they do run big, unfortunately I wore them outside before I realized that, or I would have returned them for a smaller size. Munro shoes are the best!

Unlike most of the other Munro shoes I own, this show has absolutely no padding or softness in the back so rubs painfully against the top of my heel.
