f you wear a narrow like I do, you know how hard it is to find a stylish ballet flat. This one's great in a color that's perfect for this fall's neutral palette of grays and camels. Have bought about a dozen pair of Munro's from Zappos in the last year, and this is the first time I've had to go up a half size. After years of buying Chanel ballet flats and other expensive shoes and putting pads in them, only to have them still not fit well because they weren't narrow enough, my feet have never felt better, although somewhat less stylish, since buying Munros in 9N/AA. Zappos service is phenomenal and it's now somehow more fun waiting for the UPS truck to arrive with shoes I'm sure will fit, than going to the stores and trying pair after pair and still coming home empty handed, or worse yet, with ill-fitting shoes. Love, love, love Zappos and Munros. What a fabulous team.

These look great and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I totally agree with the last reviewer that after spending thousands of dollars on designer shoes, I have finally decided to spend money on comfort and true quality. These look great with jeans, skirt or a suit. With the almost black patent tip and deep purple, this shoe color blends very well with other colors. This are so superbly made that they look and feel rich. I hope Munro American makes these in more colors and materials. Just a side note, I did have to go up a 1\/2 size resulting in a perfect fit.

I just received the 9N and agree with the prior reviews that going up 1/2 size is needed. I have several pairs of 9N Munros in other styles, but this particular one seems to run small. It's a very nice shoe--I'm ordering the 9 1/2N instead.

Have worn Munro's, but this shoe seems of lesser quality. Much narrower and shorter than usual. I expect more in basic ballerina flats.

Lovely shoe. Comfortable and a perfect fit if you have a narrow foot. Love Zappos! If I order a shoe at 2:00 in the afternoon the box arrives the next day. Don't know how they do it.

The toe box was too small for my feet, even when I ordered it in wide. I normally wear 5W, and neither the 5W or 5.5W fit. If you can get this to fit your toe box, then it would be a comfy shoe.

Very nice, comfortable, classy-looking. A bit narrow and short, so I went up half a size in length. These are quite comfortable for flats because they're not completely flat. Even so, you don't want to be doing a ton of walking in flats--- even these.

I normally wear an 8 AAAA but ordered an 8½ AAAA because of the reviews saying they ran short. They were still too short and extremely wide. Even if the length had been right, I would not have been able to keep them on my feet because they were extremely wide. Fashion wise, they were average. When you wear a AAAA shoe, you cannot be that picky about how the shoe looks. However, I am returning them because they just do not fit.

Reviews stated this shoe ran small so I ordered this shoe a half size larger. It was too big, so I reordered in my size which is a good fit. I have a foot which is slightly narrow with a narrow heel. Munros fit me well.

I had never worn Munro because they always looked like "old lady" shoes, I thought. I ordered these shoes because of the look and didn't notice the manufacturer until I received them and tried them on. Wow! What a comfortable fit. Then I saw who made them. I have since bought the black ones and can highly recommend them for comfort and style.

The munro shoes that you piture on this email is one pair I bought three of. I can't say how much I appreciate the service, the incentives and all the styes. I don't go to the shoe store anymore I just use Zappos.

I first ordered these in a 9 1/2 - my usual size - but they were way too short and narrow. I then ordered them in a size 10, and they are still too short. It may be that I just need a deeper toe box, but in any case, I will not be trying a larger size. They are really cute, but just not for me.

Not only is this shoe pretty but it's also comfortable from the first wear. I wish Munro's weren't so expensive but they are well made and also made in the USA. When on your foot, the purple color does not jump out at you. It's more subdued. I've worn it with dress slacks and jeans and love it. So much so that I also ordered it in Brown. The narrow felt true to size.

This is a beautiful and very well-made shoe! It also will probably work if you have a bunion -- it seemed to cover mine. I normally wear an 8 1/2 in Munro, and I definitely needed the 9 in this one!

Comfy shoe, good arch support, and the hidden wedge was a nice surprise. Chafed a little on a day I did a lot of walking, but not on ordinary days.
