First time I wore these got several compliments and forgot they were new. Very classy and very comfortable. Not as grey as the picture shows. Size true. Munro's can be worn for at least 5 years when worn about 3X a week. Excellent finish - even stitching, etc.

have this shoe in black too. It is perfect for work as it is both dressy and comfortable. The brown is deep and subtle. And I got them on sale! Munro shoes work for me because I have long narrow feet and have a lot of trouble finding shoes that really fit.

Not only is it a beautiful shoe, it is also very comfortable. That being said, where do you find the exceptional customer service that Zappos provides? Nowhere! I love Zappos!

I had to wait for my size to come in for this shoe, but it was worth it. I wear a 10 1/2 N and this shoe cuddles my feet exactly the way I want shoes to do.

These shoes are fantastic. My feet are narrow and difficult to fit, with a very narrow heel. Some Munros won't work, but these fit like a glove the moment I put them on. I now wear them all the time.

This is a very attractive shoe. I think it might have been a little tight in the toes but it was obvious the shoe had been broken in, which didn't please me but I kept the shoe because I have a hard time finding shoes that I like that are comfortable.
Brands I'd also recommend: As far as fit and comfort goes, this is my favorite brand. I just wish they had more styles.

I ordered this shoe pretty much on one of the reviews I read as I wasn't 100% sold from the picture of it. I can only say that that person was 'right on'. It is good looking, can go dressy or casual and is very comfortable.
Brands I'd also recommend: This has become the only shoe that I find comfortable. I only wish they had more choice of colors in a style such as this one as it is pretty versatile.

Classy, interesting look and great comfort and fit. Just what I've come to expect from Munros. Roomy toe box, nice heel elevation, and snug over instep to hold it in place.

I have a fairly flat foot, so I don't know how the top of the shoe would affect someone with a high arch. It does has some give. I wore these to a wedding reception this past weekend, and they felt as though they were custom made! I ordered an 11 and a half narrow, which I usually do with Munro. They're snug but not tight. I'm beyond caring about style with my loose ligaments and weird arches, but I do appreciate how fashion flexible these are; they work for skirts and pants. Hopefully the Jesse is destined to be a classic.
Brands I'd also recommend: None. I'm fed up with other shoe companies

Very attractive and versatile shoe. I am on my feet all day at work and this shoe provides support and comfort. The toe is just a bit tight. I can wear them with dress pants or jeans. I also have them in black.

This is a very comfortable and attractive shoe. The color is more muted than the screen image. It needs no breaking-in. Sometimes with this brand, I need to buy a half-size up, depending on the toe box. It is good for a narrow heel that needs a little more room in the toe box. I purchased a 6N.

The suede and patent leather together add a nice stylish touch. I thought that because of their sleek simple design I could wear them, but alas, couldn't even get my foot in. They were long enough (wear a 5) but my high arch was too high for the shoe.
Brands I'd also recommend: Clarks (especially wave shoes) maybe Hush Puppies? Wish I knew more brands!
