This shoe runs very small, but it comes with removable inserts, so it was no problem to get a size larger and size down. Comfortable, non-slip in a restaurant kitchen, great value for the price.

I was excited to get these slip resistant, stylish shoes. Reviews said that they ran small so I ordered the next size up which did not fit right. I finally got the right size and they were tight in the front and loose in the back. The 3 insert system did nothing to help this. They constantly rubbed against my heel and squeezed on my pinky toe. These are chef shoes not waiter's shoes. I would not recommend these shoes for anyone who does a lot of walking in their job. I now have a pair of stylish "chef shoes" that I might wear out some night but will never wear to work again.

These are great and comfortable: easy to travel in. They get a little warm when you stop moving because of the rubber bottoms, but the leather is top quality. They look fantastic.

As a professional chef, shoes are everything. I've owned these Mozo's for a month now and I can say with 100% certainty that they run a half size too small. With that said, they are great otherwise especially once they get broken in. They offer some insole options that help with getting a custom fit, they are very comfortable and supportive, ventilate well, easy to clean, and stylish. I whole heartedly recommend them as long as you take into account the half size too small issue.

I wore these shoes for the first time today and they were even better than I expected! Very comfortable after working in the kitchen for 12 hours. My feet did not feel overly hot or uncomfortable at all. They are incredibly light and a pleasure to wear. The slip-resistant soles felt very stable when walking on wet kitchen floors and they wipe clean with just a damp cloth. I look forward to wearing them again tomorrow. I had no problems with the inserts slipping and hopefully it won't become an issue. Overall I'm very satisfied with the shoes and I hope they prove to be a durable kitchen shoe.
