I got this bra to wear following breast surgery (the surgeon recommended a sports bra that closed at the front or back). It is a comfortable, supportive bra. I am usually a 34C and the size C/D fit well. The strap around my ribcage is set with the dots of sticky stuff I've seen on a lot of strapless bras to help keep it in place. In wearing this for long periods of time, I can find those a little bothersome, but most folks wouldn't wear a sports bra all day like I've needed to.
