These shorts fit great. I run 10 miles plus in them. They are super comfortable. I am 5'8" and 127 lbs. I ordered a medium and probably would have done better with a small. That is why four stars on style. They were just a little on the baggie side. Other then that, they are great.
Brands I'd also recommend: brooks glycerin short

I love these. They are the holy grail of running shorts! They are short, but not too short. They have a wide waistband, and do not create a muffin top. There are also no fussy long ties jutting out from wide waistband. They do stay up.

These shorts are just okay. I'm not going to return them, but I won't order another pair. I ordered a medium, based on the size chart and that I normally wear a medium workout short. These run small and are just shy of being too small. They flare out a bit, more like a skirt, and are cut straight across. (I prefer my workout shorts to angle in a bit.) They do look good from the side and don't ride up while working out.

I love these shorts! I'm a Crossfit member and need workout gear that is comfortable and is good for transitioning movement. These are super comfortable (would wear them on a non-workout day). And really went with the movements without binding, chafing, etc. I disagree with the comment of them running small - I ordered a large after viewing the comments and found they were baggy. I re-ordered a medium (which what I normally wear) and they're awesome...I might be able to do small! Thanks always to Zappos for such easy returns and fast shipping!

These are great long distance shorts. I wore them for marathon training. There are three places for gels in the shorts. The back zipper pocket has extra room for a gel +. I am 5'2" and bought an XS. I found these shorts to be a perfect length and fit, and they are stylish. The swimsuit-like waistband is very comfortable.
