I really like these pants. They are the first compression tights that I've tried, and am happy to find that they do really help my legs feel less fatigued during spin. I've also worn them for I plan to order another plan, but think I'll try a small. I am 5'4" and 115 pounds, and the extra small is a bit snug and short in the waist. I'm hoping a size up makes them easier to put on and lessens the feeling that I have to pull them up while working out.

These are amazing pants for any kind of workout. They are designed by females for females. Sizewise I fit a m perfectly I can wear a n 8 to 10 usually. The zip pocket at base of spine a nice touch. Keep on workin girls!
Brands I'd also recommend: Puma sneaker chuck Taylors or Vans

These are extremely comfortable, well made workout capris. I like the thickness of the fabric, slimming look. I did order a size up, as mentioned by previous reviewers & so glad I did!

Great fit through the waist and hips. Draw string for keeping the pants up during a run. Only complaint is they are shorter than I thought. I like my running pants to hit mid calf for warmth on cool mornings and these hit right below the knees. I find myself tugging them down a lot during a run.
Brands I'd also recommend: lululemon, athleta, nike
