Back zip pocket would be nice! Otherwise, it's a decent short. I just wish they'd all learn to add back zip pockets. Hello, GU!

These are better than the Nike compression shorts, in my opinion, because the waist is more comfortable and stays in place a little better when you're working out. Length is a bit shorter than I imagined a 4 inch compression short, but they really don't ride up too much. A good purchase! Thanks, Zappos!

Really nice shorts, unfortunately the legs are too tight for me. Though in fairness, the description of them on Zappos did say that the mediums had a 19 inch leg hole opening. I got them anyway even though my thighs measure 21 inch. I didn't realize that the material was so heavy, which causes me a little bit of a muffin top around the waist/hip area. I'm a Zumba/pilates/yoga instructor so it just doesn't look right to me. Other than that, I may keep them to work out at in the gym in wearing a looser tee. Still haven't decide. Overall, good quality and maybe a large would work better.

I purchased these in black and now just got the purple, my favorite shorts for working out. Agree they ride up a bit and seem shorter than 4", but they're better than most compression shorts I own. I'd order up, I usually wear a small in shorts and I have these in Medium.

Material is more like a nylon knit than a cotton knit. The pic is misleading. They are a Boy Short style and are very short. They also run small. I am 5'4 and wear a 4. I am exchanging my Small for a Medium. The Grape and Turquoise colors are pretty.

I really like the color and the style, but these run a little small. I use them as ball shorts under a tennis skirt, and they have snug enough legs to hold a tennis ball although two balls tend to fall out because the fabric isn't fluid. The fabric is substantial.
