Sadly, I am returning this pack. Pros: floating sleeping bag compartment, great stretch pockets and front "add on" or stow away pocket perfect for wet items. Cons: the shoulder straps hit on my collarbone (especially one which was fractured years ago) in a way that is uncomfortable. Really pretty color and a great weight!
Brands I'd also recommend: Osprey, Gregory

Roomy, fast-releasing double-pocketed lid, stowable shove-it panel, and a long side access pocket allow a variety of packing configurations for different types of trips. Smart use of tougher material at key stress points, combined with lighter material for side panels and linings ensure durability while keeping overall weight down. And even though the breezy mesh backpanel suggests this pack as a warm weather friend, it has great cold-weather features too, like ingenious one-handed drawstring pulls that work brilliantly with gloves, and a double-cinch collar that will accommodate bulky overpacking, like a puffy parka you want to get to quickly during winter rest stops. The straps and buckles too, are sized just right. Large enough to grab easily, whether gloved or not, and wide enough to really tighten a load, but small enough to be streamlined and lightweight. Love the hydration pocket with external access! At last! Refills without having to unpack your entire bag! The rock solid, fixed suspension and padding are more than adequate for 35lb loads, and the curves in the harness are spot on (at least they are for my shape). Plus the width and cut of the hipbelt are the best I've ever tried. Zippers on the hipbelt pockets, however, as well as that on the sleeping bag compartment were difficult to operate while those areas were loaded to capacity, although this may be a user issue. And for some reason, the side panels are very sand-magnetic. But these are minor quibbles when considering the pack as a whole. All in all, it's an incredibly versatile and smartly designed piece of gear, and I recommend it wholeheartedly!
