These pants are great! They are very lightweight, they seem to breathe nicely, and they are nice enough to be on the nicer side of casual attire: not quite business casual, but close. I'd rather wear these than a pair of jeans!

Excellent pants. Good fit and well designed. Great storage and closures. Much better than cargo zip-off pants, which almost always break a leg zipper, usually fairly quickly turning the pants into shorts. Built-in belt a plus as well. Wear them pretty much every day. Best alternative to MEC Rad Pants which are no longer made. Haven't worn camping but expect they will do well. Quick drying. I canoed a fair amount in them. The fabric is also quiet which is important for spotting wildlife or just feeling alone in the outdoors. May buy another pair. These would be even better if inseam sizes were available, a little long on my short legs. But not a big deal.

I recently used these pants on a two week, mostly urban backpacking trip. They stowed great, were comfortable, and dried very quick. I am 6'2, at 180lbs with a 33 inch waist, and the large was a little big in the waist, but the length was perfect.

I just wore these on two 10hr round trip flights and I was totally comfortable, unlike wearing cotton jeans. They were great around town as well, fabric is light and breathes well in 80 degree temps. They fit and feel very like very high quality pants and look great. Only thing is they ran small, I normally wear LG but had to go with XL which slightly big but works. If you couldn't tell by now, yes I will be ordering more of these.

Wore these on a 3 day backpacking trip in the Pine Ridge area of Northwestern Nebraska. Spent time both on trail and in some thick stuff off trail. The Mesa pants held up really well and were pretty comfortable to hike in. I really liked the integrated belt system they have on these. Overall if you want a good outdoor pant that can be worn in a variety of situations i would recommend these. I've field tested them and they worked out quite well. They also have a pretty good price when compared to similar products from other manufactures.
Brands I'd also recommend: Marmot
