Great pair of pants. They're a little more expensive than many other convertible pants, but these fit great and have some great features. The hip pockets are deep and are more to the side of the hip than back, which makes carrying items more comfortable for me. The zippers work well, and the overall inseam is a good fit for me (I have a 31" inseam, so finding convertible pants that aren't way too long has been tough). The shorts have a soft lining on the waistband and also in the gusset down to the hem. They were very comfortable on a 4-hour bike tour recently -- no chafing. The belt is integrated into the shorts for a clean look and a good fit. The belt doesn't slide loose or spin around the waist, either. One complaint: the back side of the snap irritated my skin a little, so I put a small piece of moleskin on it. When it's warmer and I wear tuck-in shirts, it won't be an issue.

Pros: Nice soft inside waistband. Side pocket works great for when you're sitting. Quick drying and they seemed relatively water resistant. Cons: The first time through the wash one of the leg zippers just fell off. There was no way to put the zipper back on as it was mangled, so the convertible pants were only useful as shorts which sort of defeats the purpose. I'm also not a fan of the built-in belt as it makes attaching a knife or anything else to your belt impossible.
