These run big. I am almost always a 7 and these were definitely too big! They are really nice otherwise.

I ran my first 50 mi ultra trail run in these...carried me through mud and rain as well as many training runs on the trails! Not one blister! And only one toe nail lost!

I love these shoes! I upgraded recently while training for a trail 13.1. These are comfy, supportive for my mild pronation, and have a wide enough toe box that my toes never feel cramped - even on those steep downhills. I also use them for hikes.

These shoes are great. I initially thought I wanted another pair of Keens (my others finally wore out after more than five years) but these caught my eye too. They have much more cushioning than the Keens and had a nice roomy toe box. I've worn them on one 8 mile hike so far and they have been really comfortable. We hit a part of the hike that was much steeper and more unstable than I was expecting, and the shoe held up so well. It has great traction and flex -- I could feel it gripping. It might not provide people with the ankle support of a hiking boot, but for long day hikes I am very happy with them.

My favorite hiking shoe by far. Road to dirt these shoes are excellent. No breaking in time. Excellent when hiking on flat surfaces or steep grades. I will only buy Montrail Masochist.
