"My husband and I are completely bowled over by your service! It's been snowing here for a week and I damaged by good old standby snow boots beyond repair, even with duct tape! The weather isn't going to let up for at least another week, so getting replacement boots a.s.a.p. was important. I am disabled and my main problem is an allergy to natural rubber latex proteins. I am not allowed in shoe stores since there is so much rubber present. Since I'm disabled, I'm on a fixed income, so that makes shopping for good boots a bigger challenge. I looked up my old boots, just to replace them and was shocked by the price. I bought them back in the days when I was working and could afford expensive boots. I went ahead and used your search option. I was thrilled to immediately find a pair of boots that met all my requirements. The only thing the customer service person couldn't tell me, near midnight, was if the rubber was natural or synthetic. She looked up the phone number of the boot maker and went ahead and placed the order for me. Again, all of this happening during a huge snow storm and late at night. I wore a plastic bag inside my taped boot and dealt with mother nature at her best on Thursday and Friday. Everyone laughed at my boots and I told them to wait and see the news ones promised to be here by Friday, even in this huge storm. Of course that prompted more laughter. Living in the forest usually adds 2 delivery days on anything!!! Last night, the UPS man went off the road in the storm. He didn't get hurt, thank God, reloaded his packages and made his deliveries in a black out & a snow storm. No boots for me, too soon, so I wasn't disappointed. Today, a new UPS driver delivered the boots during a driving wind/rain storm! You are incredible. You really keep your word on quick delivery when I needed it the most! The closest shoe store is 45 minutes of treacherous driving away... you saved me on so many levels. I will walk my dogs in the rain tomorrow morning and give these wonderful boots a good trial. Thank you for such a great service. I won't be buying much, but when I need shoes, I'll come to you first! You really amazed my husband, too and that takes a lot! Thanks again, A Very Happy . P.S. The boots are made with synthetic rubber soles, so I get to wear them!!!"
