Overall:

These boots are definitely a statement; the 'worn' look is awesome and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them! They run pretty true to size; however, I found them to be slightly narrow near the top but otherwise perfect! Very comfortable; first time I wore them out was an all day affair and they did not bother me at all. Not bad for a first wear (usually you have to wear them a couple of times before they really feel great). Would definitely recommend. Pricey, but you will live in these once you get them and I am sure because of the quality you will have them for years, so worth the investment!

These are great shoes! These boots are perfect for those with small calves! I have been searching all over and these were the first boots that I found that fit my calf. The circumference seems to be smaller than 14 inches. The leather is also very supple and soft and very comfortable. I am so glad I found these boots!

First I want to let you know that this shoe is yellow, like a golden yellow, not bright and not too orange, very neutral. I think I will be able to wear it with a lot of things due to the "neutralness" of it. It is not what I would describe as apricot.\r\n I bought it to wear with a very feminine summer dress and I was afraid it might be too funky with the zippers, but it is very feminine and sexy looking on my foot. It really enhances my skin tone foot, ankle and leg...the best of both worlds with a pump and a sandal. I like the stiletto comfort technology, but I think I may still need a little more padding on the sole. I also like that the heel is the same color as the shoe, since so many sandals have the stacked wood look.

On my quest for the perfect riding boot, I came across the Janet by Modern Vintage. Great boot! I wanted a good quality riding boot with just enough detail and this fits the bill. Just enough buckle detailing, looks great from all angles, love the angled top. This boot runs pretty true to size. I have plenty of room in the calves to tuck in jeans as well. Color is the perfect brown. Leather is good quality.

JP - These are fabulous, high quality shoes. They are solidly made with thin leather that is both tough and lightweight-gorgeous. I'm not great walking in high heels over 3", and I do just fine in these. The apricot color is satiny and beautiful, with just the right kick of style to make them both slightly funky and refined. Can't say enough good things, I love them!

Way too small and too tight! I have normal width feet and normally wear Merrell shoes fine. These were so tight I ordered the next size up and still found the same problem. I was so disappointed because I love Merrell's.

Absolutely Gorgeous - This is a beautiful pair of boots. I only wished there was a review of it out anywhere out there so I didn't hem and haw over the purchase, but I'm glad I did and that's why I'm writing. Leather is supple; I don't think I'll need to worry about breaking these in because they feel great right out of the box. The craftsmanship looks superb and the styling is great, a form fitting riding boot that's very chic. I purchased another pair of high quality boots and there were a bit clunky compared to the Janet.

Timeless and fashionable!Comfortable and stylish, this is a fabulous looking shoe! I can wear it for extended hours with no worries about aching feet! Its height is perfect, the wedge is just right, and the way it fits around the toe box couldn't be better! I may have to order it in the other colors, too!

Perfect, gorgeous, comfy shoe!These shoes are the perfect goldenrod shade of yellow, fit like a dream, and the sole is padded just enough for comfort, but not too much to make it uncomfortable or tight. A great shoe, all around!
