This is one fantastic shoe! It hugs my entire foot, moves with me, and supports the entire foot bed. Lateral motion and jumping are well supported and the higher ankle support keeps this shoe wrapped around my foot very well. I was so excited about the performance that when I came home that evening, I was ready to buy the last pair!

I wanted to buy volleyball shoes for the first time since I'm starting to play much more often and ordered this shoe and the Rally 2 to see which one I liked. This shoe felt better and I had issues with the Rally 2's tongue being too skinny to overlap with the sides of the shoe. Also, this shoe has arch support, which I really like, whereas the Rally 2 had barely any. I have wide feet so where I'd be a 7W I ordered a 7.5M. The shoes are light feeling and the grip on the bottom works well even on really dusty floors. I feel like I jump higher in these shoes, but that could be my imagination. I have noticed that on my right shoe, it feels like there's some material bunching and it occasionally rubs against my right toe. The first time I wore the shoes, the area near the bone that connects to my pinky toes in the middle of my feet was sore feeling. On repeat use I haven't had that problem. Overall I've really been enjoying these shoes. I've had them for almost a month now and have worn them 6 times so far, for about 14 hours total.

I wanted these because of the higher tops but this style did not hug my heels as much as I needed even with orthotics. They are very lightweight but did not fit my feet as well as the Mizuno Wave Lightning 7! I have been searching for shoes with good lateral movement for aerobics and kickboxing but this model will not do it! Too bad. It also seems to run half a size too short. I normally wear a 7½ but my toes hit the tip of this shoe in that size.
