I've been running exclusively in zero-drop shoes for 6+months (primarily the NB Minimus Zero Road and Trail). I was looking for a zero-drop shoe with a bit more cushioning and thought I'd give the Cursoris a shot. They've been terrific. I use them for my longer road work. For sizing...I wear a size 8.5EE in the NB Minimus Zero Road and Trail. I wear a size 8.5 in the Cursoris. A wider width in the Cursoris would be nice, but I get by okay with the standard width shoe -- there's enough give in the upper to accommodate a wider foot.
I'd also recommend: NB Minimus Zero

Since these are zero-drop shoes there would not be any arch support other than the forefoot. But I must say, these shoes are amazing; as the other review said; the shoes are not that robust, though. So take care of them so they do not get a tear. But running with these are phenomenal, and easy for me to keep on running non-stop. They are machine washable so you can run without socks. You can feel the wind on your feet since the front is really breathable. They are amazing shoes. My only complaint is that the design is really flashy. But they are a running shoes, so I will forgive that. These would be great racing shoes!

I actually purchased them to run trail in, but they are great. After 30 miles my feet were still comfortable in them. They are very slick with little traction, ample toe box room, glove like fit, room enough for insoles if needed, toe guard that's robust enough for even trail running. The forefoot upper does have holes in it and is rather minimal, so stuff gets in easy meaning it gets out easy too. I just wish they made a moe robust trail version of this shoe.
