These run a half size too small. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7. I ordered a 7, ran about 30 steps, and had to come home and change.

Excellent distance shoes. Held up for 700+ miles running road and trail. Great support -- forward mobility.

I have very high arches, and that would be my only complaint with this shoe. It feels great when running, but I can feel my arches stretching to meet the shoe. I bought a pair of 9.99 CVS arch supports and it completely fixes the problem. So overall I still love these shoes, just wish it has a bit more raise in the arch.
