Great running shoe, fits true to size, nice amount of support for overpronators (flat feet). I also use them for tennis and find it to be a good, solid shoe.

This is the most comfortable sneaker I have worn. This shoe is for overpronators and has exceeded my expectations. No ankle or knee pain after a 5k walk. It did seem narrower but the extra arch support may have something to do with it. I love this shoe.
I'd also recommend: Nike zoom triad, altra provisioness

I wear medium/wide shoes. These are snug, I am returning for a half size up. I wear a solid 10, but got these in a 10.5 for running. My toes go to the front edge.

Love these! Mizunos are my favorite brand of athletic shoes. Fits true to size based on the fact that I always buy one full size bigger in a running shoe.

I search all the stores when I need new shoes for this particular Wave Alchemy style. I participate in jogging but much more in walking long distances for big event's. (40 mile weekends) This shoe has saved me from kicking myself when I jog. Personal issue I had but I would kick myself with the heal of my other shoe right in the ankles. I never do that with these. Slightly wider in the front of the foot helps me from trying to squeeze into what is consider a normal shoe but I am not wide enough for a wide shoe. If this is an issue this is a great fix. The first time I put this shoe on I instantly was adding miles to my jogs. Wish they would come out with some great girl colors. Even though color is not everything and I buy them anyway the fact that I participate in Breast Cancer Walks, it would be nice if they didn't come in funky colors. This blue is not so bad but how about a pink?
I'd also recommend: Mizuno only but good backup is Mizuno Wave Inspire if you can not find the Alchemy
