A quick thank you to a company who seems to have customer service down right. I can always get in touch with a real person in no time when I call the customer service line and they have always been courteous, responsive, and helpful. My orders always seem to be at my door lightning fast and my returns are always promptly handled and refunded. This time I needed to make an exchange and instead of having to wait until the product arrived and got processed, I was issued another size that was shipped out without me having to repurchase again courtesy of Zappos. I got my new pair next day. Best of all, they fit! So now, I can review these boots. Ahem, cute biker-ish style boot. I purchased a full size larger from a 40/10 to 41/11. I've never worn a 41/11 before, but they work perfectly. (I'll keep the size adjustment in mind if I purchase a Miss Sixty style in the future.) I have room to wiggle my toes, the widest part of my feet aren't restricted and the tall heel is actually sturdy and easy to walk in. The construction quality of the boot is very good. I am very pleased with this boot and I am very happy that I was able to find a winner! Thanks to Zappos for making it so stinkin' easy and fun to buy shoes online!

Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Shoe Width: Felt narrower than markedReally cute bootie! I wasn't dissatisfied with the quality for the price. However, this bootie was so tight on my foot I had to check to see if it wasn't a size 9 in disguise. I wear a size 10 almost always, except for 9.5 in open toe heels, and I have a narrower heel than average. I'm thinking of ordering an 11 (the first time ever) to see if it's just the way Miss Sixty runs. As it stands, the bootie was very narrow and felt a whole size smaller. My heel rubbed up against some part on the inside making it impossible to even think of enjoying them. I will have to return and select a larger size if I hope to have these booties.
