For those of us who had large babies and lost the weight only to gain it back/lose/gain/lose, etc, these are a godsend and work so much better than spXXXX! Actually lifts that lower tummy area into the right place and compresses it and yet it is comfortable and you can breathe! Wore my first one of these for my daughter's wedding 2 years ago and it was so comfortable but I looked great! Two years later that one has been worn lots and is still in good shape, I just wanted a backup as there's another wedding in my future!
Brands I'd also recommend: I wouldn't, miraclesuit is the best!

This is binding and uncomfortable. That said, it is supposed to be and it does the job. These things are not intended to be comfortable and are intended to bind you, but its not as bad as other options. If you know another way to look 10lbs thinner and hide those unsightly bulges in seconds, I'd love to hear it. In retrospect, I would buy something in a short rather than a brief so I don't have to worry about calling attention to the area around my thighs.

I am returning this item because I also purchased the Thigh Slimmer. I wore it to my neice's wedding and chose the slimmer. I am short waisted and this product although smoother than competitive brands is too high waisted for me and kept rolling down and felt as if I had a rubber band beneath the bustline. I was self conscious all evening. Wish I could return that one as well.

Ordered this for my granddaughter's wedding. Worked great! I am a size 16, but I could have worn this in a size lower. I did not have to wrestle into it and I did not even know I had it on, comfort wise. Love ordering from Zappos!

This is a great shaper. I am only 5'3" and am short-waist-ed so I worried that this would come up too high but it was perfect. It came to right under my bra with maybe an inch between. It gives you a nice smooth look under a close-fitting dress and because it has no boning it doesn't kill when you are sitting. I have it in black and tan. It isn't sexy, but it made me look better in my clothes.
