These shoe do not hold my foot in place. I slide around and actually have twisted my ankle as my foot turns and falls out of it. The length is true to size, although the straps that hold the foot are too wide.

Bought these sandals to wear to a very casual outdoor wedding. Knowing the colors were tricky to match, I went ahead anyway. Got them on time, the colors were perfect! The fit was a bit loose, straps could have been a bit closer to foot bed, but I knew there was no way I'd find a better color match. Wore them for about 12 hours (great wedding) and never thought about them once - so they were plenty comfortable!

Zappos, the people, service and these shoes are totally awesome. I actually bought the shoes with a credit I received because of a defective raincoat. The service during that transaction was terrific.

I feel like it ran big. I am normally a size 6.5 or 7. I ordered the 7 and there was way too much room. I did not feel like the construction of the shoe was up to the normal quality of the brand either. So back they go!
