Adorable shoes for my 4-year-old granddaughter...only wish they came in red so she could match me. Zappos does a great job...quick, easy, friendly service. I recommend!

Ok, so my two year old daughter is being baptized and I really didn't want the traditional shiny shoes and satin dress so I decided on Minnetonka's to dress her down. I was so excited about these shoes and was thankful they arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when I opened up the box, it was a size 4C caramel high top moccasin! I couldn't believe it. I called Zappos cs immediately and they sent me the correct shoe even before I sent back the mystery pair and gave me a 15 dollar credit for my troubles. The very next day I received this shoe..... now, this shoe is shown as a pretty, leather, clean white and it is, however, the shoe is very rugged. It seems hand made, and the material is wrinkled and very vintage. Although it is an awesome shoe it is not polished enough even for a casual christening, so I will keep the shoe and search for something a little more tasteful for my little girl.

I got these for my grand daughter for her birthday. They are the same ones that her mother used to wear as a child. She loves them! Zappos is the best place to get shoes...ever! Getting a live person on the line who is easy to understand is a great bonus!
