I loved these shoes and they seemed like a great bargain for my 7 year old, but whomever was designing them did not think about kid's foot vs. adult. There is a huge gap around her ankle, she basically walks right out of the shoe. The length is correct, so it's not like they were ordered too big. Maybe the back zipper provides a snugger fit around ankle, but these have to go back, sadly.

Bought these for my 2 year old daughter in brown and she absolutely loves them. They fit her well and were true to size -- didn't have the problem the previous reviewer mentioned, but maybe that's just with older kids' sizing? Very cute with leggings!

There's a reason they are cheap. They have no ankle support whatsoever. I don't know if they are super wide but the boot collapses, there's nothing to hold it up. They run big too, the stitching in the front of the boot shows the 2 parts separating, they are a hot mess.

These shoes are super soft and adorable. My daughter loves them, though they were a bit big for a while, and since they're so soft they kind of folded over when she walked. But now they fit and look great!

These boots are gorgeous, but my toddler's fat feet do not fit inside comfortably. I am very sad, because they are so well made and so pretty! She wears a 7 1/2, and I bought an 8 but these are too long and thin. (I didn't know her feet were so unusually fat, either; this has not been a problem before).

My son is 2 and he loves shoes! He is able to put these on himself, as the zipper has a leather pull. The leather on the boot is really soft and my son loves wearing these around the place. It hasn't snowed yet but the boots SEEM warm. :) (Also, my son's feet are a bit wide and these are still a great fit).

I bought two pairs for my little ones; they re pretty comfortbale, but they have one big problem, the zipper. Yes, the zipper. On both pairs, which were different sizes, it always come open, every time they wear them they gotta keep zipper up...big issue.

These are the cutest boots!! I bought these for my 6 year old and she loves them. They have nice traction and the height is great-they look super cute with a skirt and tights.

I ordered these for my daughter. I wanted casual fall boots for her to wear to school. She helped pick these out herself online. The boots arrived promptly and they are a great style that looks fun and stylish with any outfit. They are great with jeans, skirt, leggings, all your fall wardrobe. I do have a couple issues with the boots themselves: First, the zippers of the boots unzip by themselves all the time with normal wear. This happens with both boots so I assume it is just not one faulty zipper that we were unlucky to receive. Also, they do not offer good arch support. They are not bad boots for the price, but they are not a five star home run, either.

Super cute. Adorable fun more affordable alternative to Uggs. But zipper doesn't stay up very well. I still use them, though. No arch support, and I don't believe in arch support for developing feet, so that's good for my little one!

Very cute but not the greatest quality. The bam sem ripped on Hesse after my 2.5 yr old daughter wore them fr a week. Zappa was great about exchanging them. SHe gets so many compliments on them.
