These shoes are awesome. I waited a whole year for my size to be restocked and it was worth it. These shoes are comfortable and soft like
slippers. The unique soles feel good to walk in. They look great, the ultimate sleek and stylish flat. Truly flat shoe. Okay, they are not perfect. If I could improve my pair, I would make them narrower at the heel. If you do a lot of walking on cement, the leather part just above the front of the
sole will wear, but this isn't visible. These shoes aren't meant to be walked in for miles outside because they will stretch and wear out since they are thin and soft. Who cares about this? You want this shoe mostly for the home or office, right? Sizing: Do buy a half size smaller than what you normally would. I normally wear an 8.5 to 9 or 40cm shoe (wide feet). I fit a size 8 in this shoe and could even have worn the 7.5, but I did not want a tighter shoe that would reveal stretched marks where my toes are! I'm thinking about getting another pair. Worn for over a month, three times a week.

Adorable shoe and like someone else wrote, you don\'t really notice the insignia on the back. I\'m still breaking these in and have had to wear mole skin on the back of my
heels as I\'m getting blisters. Personally, I\'d rather pay more for a shoe and not have this problem. I\'d say not worth the cost or the blisters.

Well, I should have read the reviews of this product and taken it to heart. Poorly constructed, color not as pictured, ran big and I’m not actually convinced they’re made of leather. I’m actually questioning whether they are knock-offs. Vote was unanimous among my friends, totally ugly. Needless to say, they were back at UPS 4 hours after I opened the box. Plus side: Zappos customer service is amazing and I will order again.

Finally, a stylish pair of black
flats that fit!I tried several other
brands, but the others all showed too much toe cleavage (ick), or were too short or too big. I'm almost always an 8.5 in a street shoe, but based on other reviews I ordered these in an 8, and they fit great! I also put one of the Dr.Scholl's cushy inserts in, and they are even more comfortable. They are great travel shoes, saves time when you go through security being able to slip them right off. I like the fact that the style is sleek and chic, without any bows, etc. I wasn't sure I liked the tan stiching around the edge at first, but now I have decided it's fine, and actually gives it a more casual look. They look great with
jeans,
dresses, just about anything. Zappos customer service is the best! The shipping was so fast, and I'd much rather pick out shoes from the comfort of my home, than trek to shoe store after shoe store at the mall and deal with sales people.

Love this shoe; I own this in Tobacco suede. I wear a 6.5. The shoe does stretch out a bit. I am about to buy the tan leather in a half size smaller. It is a very comfortable shoe and very stylish. I have a 3 year old that I have to keep up with and these shoes let me do that in style. I am always on my feet at work and these shoes are so very comfy. People have stopped me to tell me how awesome the shoe is.

Must retract my previous review and agree with many of the other buyers about "poor" quality. Although my first 2 pairs were made very well of beautiful soft (calfskin) like leather, this recent pair in no way resembled either. Not only did the leather not look or feel like leather, but what was supposed to be a beautiful even
luggage color, as represented on the Zappos website, actually looked cracked with faint white streaks throughout. The shoe was also very wide and seemed to run much larger size, unlike my other pairs. With that said if this is any indication as to recent manufacturing changes made by the manufacturer, then do not waste your money. Sorry.

I have owned 2 pairs (1 black leather & 1 tan suede) of these little shoes for almost 2 years now and absolutely love them. Out of the all the more expensive shoes in my closet, my black leather pair are my all times faves and contrary to the reports of "poor" quality, I am happy to
report that mine have held up quite well after a lot of wear. I always vowed that should the
luggage leather color become available, that I would scramble to purchase another pair, which I just did.

Great basic flat!
I read the reviews (like I always do) before making my purchase. I saw that there were reviewers who were unhappy with quality, but since Zappos provides such great customer service, I decided to give them a try anyway. I've been wearing them non-stop since my purchase (black leather and brown suede) and haven't had a single problem with them. I've looked at all the stitching and seams, and the shoes look really well-made. I wonder if the people who had problems got a pair from a bad batch. They do seem to run a bit long and wide, but I haven't had a problem with slipping, and my foot isn't wide at all. If you're comfortable with Zappos, I'd take a chance on them. They're a great basic!

Cute, but poor quality -
Unfortunately, this shoe is poorly constructed and not good quality for the price. I was VERY disappointed that after two weeks of wearing these, the seam on the right toe ripped and the leather on the toe was already looking worn. A cute shoe, but I see now that other reviewers have had this same complaint. The leather was stiff at first, but seemed to soften up. Zappos has A+++ customer service though and they've really taken care of me and gave me free expedited shipping on the replacement.

Cute, but...
Love this shoe. But I have a hole in the toe of one shoe. Did not last long and I am disappointed in that. Other reviewer had the same problem, but I am unable to exchange mine. Oh well!!!!

Love this shoe - wish it were more durable!
Very comfortable and nice styling but toe area already started wearing out within 1st month of wearing just one or two times per week. Granted, city walking is tough on shoes & I tend to pronate but wish it had some reinforcement or protection in the toe area. Nonetheless, would recommend for comfort and looks as a great basic - I'd probably buy another pair when this one burns out!

Really like these.
Bought these in black leather and brown suede. Slightly wide in the heel but I frequently have that problem with shoes. Great everyday shoe with almost anything!

This is a jewel of a shoe.
Great shoe. Soft and unconstructed. Added a Dr. Scholl's pad in the toe to tailor the fit and feel to my foot. This is just the shoe that I was looking for to wear with tapered slacks and
jeans.

Cute ballet flat -
This is a fun ballet flat, but with a twist. The bottom is kind of like driving mocs. I only gave the overall 3 stars because I had to exchange my first pair. The seam by the toe started coming apart, but Zappos was kind enough to replace them! I'm happy with them. I probably got a bum shoe on the first round.
