I bought a size Medium of this jacket. My shirt size is Large. I have a Xlarge Diesel leather jacket and also a size small Guess coat. Therefore I would say the sizes are true sizes. Fabric is amazing. Sits well on your body. It is not hard to say this is an expensive coat from its looks. Totally recommend it.
