Overall:

Zappos was phenomenal! I got my order within a day. The shoes were not the right size for my daughter so I called and they shipped a new pair out to me which I received the next morning. It was faster than if I took them back to the store myself. The shoes are really cute and fit well but the sparkles started to come off right away in places where her foot bends in the shoe.

The shoes are beautiful. My daughter loves them. My girlfriends want a pair for themselves. They met their Zappos description to a tee. Zappos should get into all aspects of retail so I would never have to leave my home. Zappos service is unrivaled all the way through the process, including with the returns I had.

Awful purchase. These boots fell apart almost immediately after purchase. Daughter wore them twice before they started to rip, tear and basically fall apart. So disappointing!

These shoes are so cute. They are true to size. I also love shopping with Zappos because if something isn't right, they take them back without any problems. Especially helpful with childrens shoes.

My 4 year old daughter loves these shoes! This is the second time I've bought the silver ones for her. She loves how sparkely the silver ones are. They're good 'fancy' shoes for parties or dress up. The soles are not slippery which is great for little kids and she finds them very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Very beautiful shoes and looks good on my daughter's feet. She wore them to a wedding and had them on all afternoon. They were a little too big, so buy a half size smaller. Beautiful color combination.

Cute shoe. Theatrical looking. Bought these shoes for my daughter's princess party and they complemented her dress. My daughter finds the shoes super comfy.

Adorable shoes. My teenager was looking for a pair of Mary Janes for the longest time. They are comfortable and stylish and were definitely the right price.

I purchased these shoes for my granddaughter's 2nd Birthday and, when she wore them to a Sunday Brunch nearly EVERY little girl and her mother commented on her shoes! She was delighted and said she felt like a princess. Her mom and dad chose them for her 2-year photo session too! She ran around in them with great confidence; the soles are as special as the shoe tops! Thank You.

I love these Mia Kids Kennedy sandals. My daughter is very stylish and these fit her like no tomorrow! I recently purchased a few other bling'n shoes but had problems with them breaking and the fabric coming apart. These shoes are stunning! They felt a size bigger to me but they are worth it. Zappos, I love this website and would never buy another pair of shoes anywhere else! Zappos rocks!

These shoes are great! I can't get my daughter to take them off! The quality and fit is very good (sizing is very accurate) and they seem to be holding up through a lot of use. We're very happy with the shoes and Zappos.

A cute sandal for a little girl. My daughter is comfortable in these, finds them easy to keep on her feet and easy to walk in. I do think they run a little small (maybe order a 1/2 size larger then normal).

The shoes are so cute and fit great. My daughter has a wide foot and they fit nicely. I have not been able to find her a ballet type shoe that didn't slip off -- but these were a perfect fit. They are classic and cute. Not too baby-ish for my 8 yr old, but not too mature either. We love these and recommend them.

Love this shoe! Very classy looking and comfortable. I am an adult little woman that can only fit children’s shoes. I work in a management position in an office and need "adult" looking shoes. This shoe fits the bill. In fact the other women in the office asked if there are adult sizes. Thanks for carrying great children's shoes and for the superior service!

Super cute, but HUGE - I am an adult with a small foot. I purchased these sandals because they looked classy and would go with several of my outfits. When they arrived and I tried them on, however, I found they were very big across the straps. The left shoe had less room between the strap and my foot than the right shoe did. Maybe they were made on different days? In any case, I could easily place 3 fingers between the strap and my foot. This caused the shoes to slide off my feet when walking. The length of the shoe was perfect, just too wide across the top of the foot.
