I usually take a large. This was a great looking coat and I loved the fabric. I felt for the most flexible wearing, it could be a little less fitted. I have big hips. So I am waiting for the x-large to see how it is.

I purchased this coat mainly to wear to work on rainy days. It's a great, stylish, waterproof jacked that doesn't look frumpy or boxy like a lot of other raincoats. That being said, it is a little more fitted then expected, but still very comfortable. The sleeves also run a little longer than on other coats, but I prefer a little extra length. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, especially the color of the coat (grayish/black).
Brands I'd also recommend: Keen, Clarks, Life is Good, Haiku

I was looking for a waterproof, yet somewhat stylish coat to take on a trip next year overseas and to use locally as I live in a rainy climate and I love to walk. I wanted something with simple lines and classic as I am very tall, a coat that I could dress up or down a little if needed and this is perfect. It is fitted and I had to go one size up, the fit is still snug but not tight. The front side zipper pockets are a little tight to put your hands in, the coat isn't super lightweight either if carrying one around is going to be an issue for you, and for the the life of me, I cannot figure out how the hood snugs under my chin because the velcro pieces on each side have the same snap. The zipper is a little difficult to zip at first, but overall, I do like the coat, I am just going to give it one star less for minor frustration. I will wear it on my first trek out today and see how it holds up in the rain, but I have every confidence it will do wonderfully.
