I was looking for a cute boot that I could wear when there was a lot of snow. I found these and thought they would work well. I have athletic legs and have trouble finding any boots that fit. These just barely fit but there isn't any room to tuck in my jeans like I was hoping. I was a little disappointed, but they were so comfortable I had to keep them. Overall, these boots were a good purchase and will work great for snow boots.

I've been wanting a pair of warm winter boots that were casual yet stylish, and here they are! I find them easy to slip on. I have a wide foot, so I can't wear bulky socks with these, but not a problem as the boots themselves are warm (wore them in the snow once so far). Plenty of calf room. Can wear them inside or outside of pants. Very pleased.

I ordered these boots to keep my feet warm during the winter months. I thought the style was cute, they kind of look like a funky rain galosh. They are a little hard to get on and off. The buttons on the side are for looks only and do not help gain access when you are putting the boots on but once you actually manage to get your foot into the boot there is plenty of room in the toe area. I thought they looked nice but I wear a size 9 and I think anything larger than this might start to look a bit clownish because the boots don't have much shape to them so they tend to make your feet look bigger. There is not a ton of extra space around the upper part, just enough to tuck in leggings and narrow leg jeans. I ended up returning these boots because of the lack of arch support, they were very flat in the arch area which surprised me as I thought Merrell's would be more supportive. I think the boots would have kept my feet warm but I also think my feet would have hurt from lack of arch support if I had to walk any significant distance. If you are looking for stylish warm boots, these should work for you but if you have problems with your feet you might want to look for something with more support and structure.

I'm sadly disappointed that these didn't quite fit. They were just a bit short and pressed on my toes. I ordered a 9.5 because I have four pair of Merrells, and wear a 9.5 in all of them, including boots that are similar from several years ago. I also ordered another style at the same time in 9.5 that fit perfectly. But, the good news is that they feel very comfortable in general, and are even cuter than in the picture, and I can't wait to get the 10 I just ordered!

I just got a pair of these in Brindle with the contrast stitching and they go with my various winter coats: lipstick red and silver grey. They're easy to pull on and off, and their softness and the sole cushioning are a nice change of pace from the Sorel boots I was clunking around in last year. Based on my previous experience with the brand, I trust that Merrell makes a product that is as long-lasting as it is stylish. I ordered my true size, 8.5 and it was perfect. A bit tight on the sides at first but broke in immediately.

I absolutely love these boots! I was looking for something that would be functional in the snow but also look cute. These fit the bill! I was also looking for an alternative to UGGs. Not all of us want to follow the masses! They are very comfortable and seem to be waterproof- I've gone through deep snow several times with them with no wet feet. They did run a 1/2 size smaller than my normal size (even though I have other Merrells in my normal size).

Great boots! Keep me very warm. There are many days with 0-10F and I do not feel cold. Very comfortable and looks good. Highly reccomend!

This boot was alittle stiff around the toe. After extended time it becomes alittle uncomfortable. Overall I do like the boot.

I finally got to test the potential of these last week in the DC snow storm. They were fantastic, kept my feet warm and dry and also had good traction. I normally wear a 9.5 and purchased a 9.5, it was a bit roomy, but with thick warm socks (or my orthotic inserts) they are perfect. I am constantly getting them dirty while walking the dog, but the dirt wipes right off. Overall I love them and am very happy with my purchase.

These are the best boots ever. I was looking for something to replace my excellent (but not warm) Vasque hiking boots. These are toasty warm. They are completely waterproof. And I have gotten so many compliments that at least two other people have ordered them after seeing mine. There is something about Merrells that fit my feet perfectly. The arch is in exactly the right place and, after a foot injury, they were the only shoes I was able to wear without pain. Great for people with plantar fasciitis.

Love these boots! I've had them since December. I just wore them during the Chicago blizzard and my feet stayed warm and dry in 20 inches of snow. I wear them everywhere. They look really nice with skinny jeans/leggings. The buttons on the side add a great touch and I've gotten several compliments. They were a little snug around the calf when I first got them but have broken in nicely...very comfortable.

I received these boots today and I'm sorry to say that they do not fit me. I wear a 10.5-11 and these have a strange feeling toe area. They look great and seem as though they would be warm, but I was not even able to wear these around the house. I did have the problem of the socks coming off too, but I could have lived with that. I'm sure they work well for some, just not me sorry to say.

This boot is really cute for a waterproof boot. I wanted to keep them but the 8.5 was too big and the 8 was too small! Oh well!

I bought these before making the move from North Carolina to Wisconsin, and I love them. They are great for walking on icy and snowy sidewalks, and they're comfortable for long periods of time. I've been able to walk in snow and keep toasty warm and totally dry. Really love these boots. They were also fairly true to size; I'm an 8, and they have only a tiny bit of extra room in them but it's actually perfect for allowing room enough to get them on and for thicker socks. Pretty much the only problem I've had is that the tops of the boots rub my skin causing some discomfort if I don't wear high enough socks.
