Really was not happy with these shoes and gave them a fair chance. Everyone was raving about Merrells so I figured I would try them since I work on my feet in outdoor conditions and also enjoy hiking. The traction and ventilation was great on the soles, but overall I found them heavy and clunky. After wearing them around for the day I could not wait to get home and get them off, which I don't yearn to do with other shoes. Forget about style with these as well. Zappos is still amazing with their return policy and customer service and I will definitely continue to shop here.

So far I like the shoe. It's very comfortable and well vented. I'm always a little disappointed how long they last. I had a pair of Merrells 10 years ago and they lasted me 4 years. I can't seem to get 6 months out of a pair of shoes anymore.

This is the third pair of Merrell shoes that I have owned. Both have been very comfortable and true to size. My last pair held up very well, which, besides the comfort, prompted this purchase when searching for a new casual shoe. I would definitely recommend the Merrell brand. I have also purchased through Zappos before and I am very happy with the service which they provide. In the past I had to return shoes which didn't fit right. The return was fast and painless and at no cost to me. I don't enjoy shopping; so for me Zappos excellent customer service and selection is awesome!

Shoe is extremely comfortable and true to size; a true double E width for people who need just a bit more room than a D provides. Good cushioning, excellent traction; this shoe is a hiker's dream.

Great product! I work 12 hour shifts at a power plant, and I love the Merrells. They are way more comfortable than my previous shoes. Zappos has a great selection, fast shipping, and great customer service. I will be back here next time I am in need!

I bought the 2nd pair of Merrell shoes from Zappos after buying my first pair in town at a sporting goods store. They are great shoes that are comfortable from the very first time you put them on. And it will add I got a much better buy on them from Zappos and they were delivered overnight.

I have flat-feet (over-pronation) and finding comfortable shoes is often a fruitless endeavor. These Moab Ventilators, however, are comfortable from the get-go. There's a nice pivot to the step. Fits true to size.

I have always been a sneaker guy. But when I started having issues with my left foot, a friend mentioned Zappos and the Merrell line of shoes. I purchased these and, boy, was I surprised by how comfortable they were. After 3 days of wearing them, my pain was gone. I am a believer in Merrell and Zappos!

This shoe fit real good with my normal size. It is a good looking shoe and is nice and light. It is quite comfortable except that the arch support is a bit too much for me. However, although it bothered me at first, I guess I am getting use to it after a few weeks and I do not notice it as much. I would prefer less arch support, but I do not hold that against the shoe, that is just my foot. Zappos service was fantastic as usual.

Very comfortable. I only suggest you purchase a half size bigger. Great advice: when you get the product, initially try to wear them at home (don't remove any stickers etc, and don't go outside). You have great option to return the product and request a refund. Great customer service. I am very pleased with every purchase I made. Very accurate.

I decided to try these instead of sandals for the summer. I sized up to a 14 from 13, got old feet spread, I guess. Fantastic shoes! Fit great, very comfortable, good support, lightweight, look good and cool to wear. Zappos service continues to be excellent. I hope "Amazon" doesn't screw up a good thing.

I find this shoe to be a very comfortable hiking shoe. They\'re good looking and light. They have the same sole as Merrel hiking boots I currently own. I did find them to be sized 1/2 size smaller than my other boots and shoes. Meaning I ordered 1/2 size larger.

Excellent shoe for the outdoors. I would definitely recommend getting a 1/2 size larger. I should have returned my pair, but wore them outside by mistake.

I tried on probably 15 different types of shoes before finding these. I have very narrow feet and needed a multi-purpose shoe that would accommodate orthotics, that wasn't too heavy duty or just plain boring. I am very happy with these and wear them almost daily, to work, short hikes, etc. Would highly recommend them.

Great shoes! I use these for school, casual wear, and just about everything else. Very comfortable and supportive. I found that my orthotic insert fit in these and is not crunched at all. Water-repellent for a while. Overall, great shoes. One minor problem, though. Any mud or dirt that you get on the mesh will sink in and stay there. At first I thought it just "disappeared", but I eventually figured out what I just mentioned. They might begin to smell, so make sure you wash them every once in a while. Love these shoes!
