Excellent shoe - This is an excellent shoe at a reasonable price. My son loves the fit and the ease of putting them on. We've done a lot of hiking and they have held up well. Customer service from Zappos is the best. I received the shoes the day after ordering them.

Great quality jacket all of the hardware (Buttons/Zippers etc.) are VERY high quality. The materials are very heavy and well designed. I am so glad I found this brand. If you need a great parka for the winter this one fits great and feels cozy!

Great shoe. 2nd year we have bought them for my son for the annual week long school camping/team building trip. He hiked, climbed rock walls, went on challenge trails, etc with them. He loves them and wears them the rest of the winter. Very comfortable for a hard to fit foot (he has a bit of a high arch). Looks good with jeans or pants. Handed down last year's to a girl in the class who now loves them too. Would definitely buy them again.

My 7-year old daughter loves these shoes! They don't have the conventional lace system so taking them on and off is a snap. (Who has time to tie laces when there's a bike to ride or a hill to climb?) These Merrell Moab Mids are light too! This is her second pair, the first pair did not wear out, she grew out of them.
Brands I'd also recommend: Primigi, Tsukihoshi, Geox

This is a great shoe for kids! It is perfect for these winter months when a boot is just a little too much- easy for the little guys to get on and off and practical. They last through the tough weather as my older son also wore these when he was young. They will grow out of them before wearing them out.

My son hates boots but need something he could hike in. I expected these to be worn three times, but instead, he loves them! They are so comfortable, he has worn them even when not hiking. And because of the color, they really do not show dirt. Fabulous!

I bought these for kid's scout camping trip. They worked beautifully. I loved the quick release lace feature for easy on/off. That was especially handy with frequent trips in and out of the tent.
