Great shoes, my son loves them. It seems like the soles will be sturdy for the winter too. He's been wearing them for a month but no complaints.

Do not buy these sneakers - buy Geox. These sneakers made my son's feet smell within a couple days - they never smell. They do not breathe. Save your money! I always buy from Zappos. I get all of my son's Geox sneakers from here. I thought I would try Merrells because it was getting warmer outside and his feet would sweat more - big mistake!
