Nice warm shoe - I bought this for my 9 year old since where we live there's often rain, snow, slush this time of year. These keep his feet much warmer and dryer than a sneaker, but easier to take on and off than a boot. He soon realized the benefits and chooses these shoes over his sneakers every time. Shoe is sturdy and well made.

Great uniform shoes - Third pair of these exact shoes for my son. He goes to catholic school and they need black oxfords or loafers. These are perfect for his uniform and at recess, too.

Shoe Fit - My daughter has worn this same shoe in a 5.5 in the past. We purchased this same size. It was too long and wide. I did purchase this same shoe in the 5 locally and it was too short and also slipped.

Great shoes. Sturdy and long lasting, which make them a great value for a kid's shoe. No messing with knotted laces makes for faster, more pleasant mornings before school. My kids like the clean look and I like that they can wear them with nicer clothes and still look sharp.

They are great. Fit is good. My son loves them. I got them for his school uniform. And they look good and he runs around at school no problem. Also love that he can put them on himself. Don\'t have to worry about the ties coming undone at school.

Bought these for my son after he started wearing mine. I had the women\'s version for years, they are the shoes I wear if I really want long-term comfort. He likes his too, they were a little roomy for his foot so we added a footbed cushion and they\'re perfect. Mine have lasted well and I expect his to last a long time too.

I love Zappos because of their free return policy. It's the only way I'd ever buy shoes online. I also appreciate their huge selection, including many of the very best brands for shoes. I hate cheap shoes, and I've never had trouble finding the kinds of shoes I like on Zappos.

I ordered these Merrells for my son who prefers to wear them above all other shoes. Being able to slip them on easily is really great and they look great with everything. Of course getting them the next afternoon is the greatest part of Zappos.

Our daughter is 9 and quite tough on shoes. She wears a uniform to school, and these are her everyday school shoes. They are warm, comfortable, and sturdy on the playground. We will, once again, order these shoes when she outgrows the ones she's in now. Many thanks to Zapppos' quick shipping!

My daughter loves these shoes! I think they felt a little funny at first so she wore them around the house to get used to the feel, but now she only wants to wear these shoes. I feel very good sending her to school in these shoes, knowing she can run, jump, play, etc and they will stay on and give her support and traction. We did have to exchange for half a size larger than she normally wears, so if ordering for a child expect to order slightly larger.

These are my 5 year old's favorite shoes because they go on so easily and are so comfortable. I've been buying them since he was 3 years old but in different colors. The brown is a great color and does not show dirt.

This is one of the best shoes you can buy for yourself or children. The comfort is unbelievable. It is a roomy true to size fit. Your child will outgrow this shoe before it ever falls apart. The arch support is excellent and the sole as well. You must try this shoe. Enjoy!

I have been buying these shoes for years for my boys. Excellent quality. My sense is they run a little big but I always buy the size that my child's foot measures so they have just enough room to grow into the shoes.

I have bought this same pair of shoes for my son for the past 6 years, and they never disappoint. He can put them on by himself and they are dressy enough for church and rugged enough for school. Worth every penny, he has never worn out a pair.
