Great shoes. I have a calcified achilles tendon so the lower back of these shoes help a lot! They are comfortable right out of the box. Great customer service as always.

Nice clogs, a little pricey -
This my second pair of Merrell clogs and I liked and still wear the first but these are more comfortable. Actually hard to find clogs for men in any stores near me and while I considered some waterproof ones from LL Bean for less money, Zappos shipping and service makes this a no brainer.

Though not the most stylish looking shoe out there, these shoes make up for it in comfort. They are maybe the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

My wife bought me a pair of these to help in my back surgery recovery. I had three replacement discs in my lower lumbers. These shoes were God sent in my recovery. I wear them still today with my other Merrells. These shoes are comfortable, supportive, and very cool. I wear them all the time, casual or dress. I would not be without these shoes.

This is just a wonderful shoe for winters in Chicago. Enough traction to keep from slipping on the ice and convenient if you need to kick them off at the door when salt is everywhere! The delivery at my door, the price, well its better then shopping on the Miracle Mile.

My husband loves these shoes. They are so comfortable and he wears them to the golf course and they are easy to slip off and into his golf shoes. Looks great with casuals. Great quality as well. Quick shipping. Great experience with Zappos as always!

Great shoe -
I was looking for a casual dress shoe in black and these are terrific. I wasn't sure about the open back, and the open back isn't perfect, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Rest of the shoe is great. I have wide feet and they are very comfortable.

I wore a pair of Clarks clogs daily for six years, in spite of their klunky looks, until they fell off my feet. I work on my feet all day, and the Merrell Karma proves to be equally comfortable from the first minute, plenty wide enough across the front of my wide foot, roomy enough for the thick socks I like, and quite sharp-looking, too: I get compliments from people who are surprised when I pull up my cuff and show them they're clogs. And what can I say about Zappos? I was so tired of going around to stores who advertise all the great brands but who turn out not to have anything to sell you. Who lets you order five pairs of shoes, try them all on, and send four back, all on their dime? Zappos, that's who! I will never buy shoes anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They may look really cute, but beware. They offered no arch support at all and the worst part is they rubbed my heels raw. When I first wore them I got blisters that lasted a week. At that point I figured they would be broken in. I was wrong. I wore them again and got blisters in the same area. No more Juicy flats for me.

Happy with Zappos and Merrill Karmas -
I've had several pairs of Merrills, the mesh style. I wasn't afraid to order on line, but I was surprised when the shoes in my usual size were a half size too large. No problem. Called Zappos, got no-cost return procedures and labels online, and had my new shoes the next day. I'm pleased with the shoes and Zappos.

Improved comfort and fit -
I purchased these as a replacement for the older model (not sure what it was called, but it was a little larger, thicker soled). Overall, this is an improved fit and support/comfort. This design is a more tailored fit, great for support. The heel and sole are thinner, but with great cushioning.

I've been buying the brand for about ten years, starting with a similar low-backed clog to the Karma. I still have the first pair, and it's still in good shape, even though I wear them all the time. Amazing comfort and longevity.

From the box to my feet to ALASKA -
I bought these shoes on a Wednesday night and they were quite remarkably at my office the next day! I wore them that afternoon, the next day, and then wore them onto the plane on Saturday for a 2 week land and cruise tour of Alaska. They were the most worn shoes on the trip. Fit perfect from day one, and still look brand new even though they have walked on a glacier, hiked in Denali National Park and been on and off through lots of security checkpoints.
