These shoes are awesome. I suffer from plantar faciitis and I can actually say that these shoes work for me. I only buy my shoes from Zappos.com. I love Zappos! You can always shop with confidence knowing that they stand behind everything they sell. Go Zappos!
Brands I'd also recommend: I have also bought the NEW BALANCE 811 slides, also good for plantar faciitis.

I love Merrells, although they tend to run a little wide and I have a medium to narrow foot, but have been able to wear some of them with success. Zappos sent these to me very quickly! They were a little wide. Also, since they didn\'t have my size (9-1/2) I ordered a 9 but they were too short. I\'m afraid I\'d be swimming in the size 10. Hey, I gave it a try and Zappos is so great about returns, I\'ll look for something else. I can\'t speak for the comfort since I never wore them.

Am now wearing my first pair of the great all purpose shoes in the garden so the second pair is for all purpose, non muddy, experiences: walking, going through airport security etc. Comfortable. Durable.

Merrell shoes are the best. These shoes fit secure and are comfortable from the start. They only thing you need to be aware of is they may be slippery on wet surfaces do to the sole.

I purchased the Merrell Jungle Slide about a month ago to use as winter house shoe that would also allow me to go outside with my puppy. They are SO COMFORTABLE, with or without socks and are just perfect for my time at home. I would recommend that anyone considering a comfortable slide to try these out.

I have been wearing Merrells for years. I think this is about my bazillionth pair. Their comfiness lasts all day, plenty of support, even in the Jungle slides, and no rough spots, ever. I have tried knock-offs and won't make that mistake again. I have wide feet and high arches. I never need an extra insole with Merrells. Everyone has different foot issues, but do yourself a favor and try a pair of these wonderful puppies. I hope you like them as much as I do. Zappos' return policy means you have nothing to lose.

Love this shoe. My second pair since I wore out the first pair. I have very bad knees and this is one shoe that has the cushion I need, I can stand and walk all day long. Don't know which I like best, shoe or Zappos and their good service.

This is a good shoe for getting around in moderate climate. The open heel keeps the foot cool so it can be worn in summer where it's not super hot. I have found it is most comfortable worn with a light ankle sock. The elastic made a blister on my left foot when they were new so be careful about wearing it with no socks until they are broken in. If you are not used to open back style shoes, you might want to try this before buying it. That said, I love most of the Merrell styles and swear by them. I have at least 4 or 5 pairs and have been wearing this brand for years. Also Zappos is a great venue with extraordinary customer service.

Love the Merrell Jungle Slide. The "Slide" fit right out of the box and is cushy on the bottom. Very comfortable and I highly recommend them. I like them especially for traveling and going through airport security, just slip 'em off and on again and you're on your way. You won't be disappointed.

These shoes provide great support, and I walk a lot and find them very comfortable. The other day I wore them with a pantsuit by mistake and I don't think anyone noticed! I would buy them again, no question.

These were great except the elastic insert at the sides made them come off in the back at every step. I couldn't get used to this so I'm returning them. I've had great luck with Merrells in the past but they discontinued some of the styles that worked for me, so I'm looking for one that does.

These shoes are very warm. My feet don't like to be too hot. But they are so cute I wear them anyway. It'll be fine when the weather gets cold. Size is perfect. A fine casual shoe.

The toe box is way too tight on the shoes. I have other Merrells and have never had this problem before. It may be unique to this style, but I could barely fit my foot in this shoe. And I don't have a wide foot at all.

Great shoe, lots of cushion. I work retail and this is the only shoe that I found comfortable for walking and standing all day. I will order another pair of these without question. Go Zappos, you are the best!
