Great shoe. Merrell has become my favorite shoe brand and this pair is better than the last, I had the Moab Ventilator prior. These 8.5s are the perfect fit for me, not too loose or too snug. Yup, they are just right. They feel good on my feet sitting, standing or walking. The only negative thing that I can say is that they kind of smell. It's the new treated leather smell and it is still noticeable after a week. Other than that, I love them. I got the brown pair and with my wife insisting, I will get the black pair as well.

Great fitting, very light and comfortable.\r\nOut of the box strong smell (black model) suggests shoe dye and/or sole material. I have already saddle soaped and black Kiwi polished these and the strong industrial/material smell remains. And of course, the polish covered up the contrasting color stitching details right away. I\'d take that if the smell were reduced but it isn\'t. It many not bother most but it shouldn\'t be so immediately noticeable when I open the closet, in the car or around my desk at work.

I have had problems with my feet for the last several years and had been using inserts for comfort. These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Bye inserts! They have excellent support and comfortably cradle my feet. It feels like they fit snugly, yet have enough give in the right places to stay comfortable.

My daughter shops here and she turned me on to this site. I'm so pleased with it. They are great when it comes to shipping. The shoes I ordered, are so great. They are more then I expected. I will continue to shop here. They have lots of shoes to choose from. I ordered these close to Christmas and no problem getting them in time. I would rate this a 5 star product.
Brands I'd also recommend: Oakley, Capezio and Reebok.

We got these shoes for my brother for Christmas. He liked the style initially, but once they arrived and he tried them on he said they were the most comfortable shoes! They look nice enough (leather upper with stitching detail) for him to wear them to work with a pair of slacks and a dress shirt; yet they could be casual enough to slip on with a pair of jeans to go out on the weekends. They look good on him, too! This morning try out his orthotics in his new kicks and said they were a little tight, but still comfortable and he was going to see how they felt after a day on the job.

Had shoe for one month, still tight. Looks good and is wearing good. This shoe is my all day shoe.All my other Merrell's are 10's but had to send back for 10 1/2... zappos got it done... I will get more shoe here for me and my wife.

I tried a lot of similar shoes before arriving at these, and they are exactly what I was looking for. They slip comfortably on and off without feeling loose on the foot, the look is both distinctive and versatile enough to go with a lot of different outfits, they're rugged enough for outdoor wear (the vibram sole has a fantastic grip and doesn't leave marks), and most importantly they just feel great to walk around in. If you're looking for a comfy, good-looking slip-on shoe, I would recommend these in a heartbeat. As a footnote, props to Zappos for being easily one of the best shopping sites on the web. The variety, prices, and customer service are all first class. I feel sorry for people who still buy shoes in stores.

Had a pair of Merrell's for about 7 years that wore very well, so wanted another of about the same. Liked the nonslip soles especially- never a worry about slippery spots on the snowy paths. The Hyperbolic may not be quite that nonslip, but they seem good. Easy on and off, comfortable in the heel area when walking a lot. Only thing not so great is the "waffle" feel insole. I wear a "Good Feet" arch support, and it fits under the removable foot pad very well.

Merrell makes a great shoe for all kinds of activities. My family bought these shoes from Zappos online and they came in 3 days. The shoes were dirty and we called Zappos, they sent a second pair, arrived 3 days later, no additional charge as long as the dirty pair was sent back with in 14 days. Zappos provided the box and shipping cost. Very good customer service.

Great shoe. When I first received the shoes, I wore it in the house a few days to make sure this was the shoe. Then I ventured outside. Wow! I worn it on a trip where I did a lot of street walking. The shoe was very comfortable and felt very light. I also got a few comments about how good the shoe looked.

Merrel's always come through in fit and wear for me. These are a particularly attract version of their slip-ons. I wore these on our trip to Tuscany and they held up on the hills and stairs better than my running shoes.

I've been wearing many versions of these for years and have always been very happy with them. I feel these are just as comfortable as previous models but have a much better style with the raised center welt. Somehow they feel less like loafers and have a cooler style.

This is a great shoe. I have been wearing Merrells for the past 12 years and love them, but for the first time I had to exchange this shoe two times because the sole kept peeling away from the toe. This hasn't stopped me from buying another pair of Merrell, but not the Hyerbolic. I hope everyone has better luck than I did.
