Saw these in a bicycling catalog and bought them for that purpose. I've already tested them out in the snow. Too excited to wait. They really work. Scooshy to walk in, very clever adjustable strap, stays on my heel, comfy for biking. Perfect for those times when you want to tool around in a dress.

I thought I had given up on finding a comfy, good-looking heel and haven't bought any in a few years. This peep-toe shoe is lightweight but stable and attractive in a retro way. Even with pronation issues, I felt like I had good lateral support. The only problem is that this style only comes in whole sizes and just missed fitting the 7 because of the slant of the shoe. My narrow heels fit perfectly but the balls of my feet didn't quite fit the support for them as designed (I think that 1/2 size difference would have been the correct one!) and my toes almost reached the edge of the front. Thanks to Zappos great service, a size 8 is on the way and will keep you posted. Keeping fingers crossed!

Brands I'd also recommend: Try Jambu, Moto, Reiker, Seibel, Ecco, Wolky. Euro brands can be odd in sizing tho.

Curse you, Merrell! Such a tease. The size 8 arrived less than 24 hours after my chat with a Zappos CS rep! These shoes definitely are true to size! Unfortunately, an 8 is an 8 and not even a possible 7.5! Too long in the footbed, gap in the heel because my feet slid forward and I could not adjust the strap enough! Too bad but thanks, Zappos, for getting them here so quickly. Now if you can only convince Merrell that creating 1/2 sizes in sandal-like footwear might be to their benefit!

Unbelievable comfort, great look. Out of the box, these shoes were so comfortable I didn't want to take them off. I have big clodhopper feet and these shoes make my feet look almost cute, which is a minor miracle. Buy these shoes, ladies. You can ride a bike in them, or dance.

These shoes are comfortable and look great. I wear them to work with pantsuits as well as with jeans on the weekend. I am on my feet a lot, and these are extremely comfortable.

I never thought I would find a cute shoe that is actually comfortable...much less one with a heel. I just opened the box at work (while wearing my 4 inch stiletto pumps). I am normally an 8.5, but at the advise of others, I ordered the 8. They fit perfect. These heels are so comfortable, I am refusing to take them off to put those other heels back on. They look great with my skirt and oxford shirt. I have a feeling I will be wearing these all the time. Thanks Merrell!

A few years ago I tore a capsule in my foot and I have gradually lost all the fat padding in my feet. Thus, even the "comfort" shoes are not truly comfortable. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and stable. They are a little heavy looking, but still very cute and somehow flattering. I am normally a 7 1/2 or 8 and the 8 fits well if I tighten the strap all the way. I am very excited to have found them. Thank you, Merrell.

As many others have mentioned here, I wish these shoes came in half sizes too. But they are so comfortable and I can never wear a heel walking because I do not find shoes comfortable enough, I am almost willing to sacrifice the size issue to accomplish the comfort issue. Am I crazy?

This is an update to my first glowing review. I have literally worn these every day since I got them. They are very comfortable and stylish. I have received many compliments on them. I normally wear and 8-8.5, and the 8 fit perfectly.

Love these shoes! Out of the box I wore them to NYC for a day of college tours and was able to keep up with my 18 year old son! I did get a small blister on one heel from rubbing since I was without socks, but otherwise they are very comfortable. I have a bunion on one foot and it's difficult to find shoes with all day comfort. Love the gray color and the heel height is perfect, not too high. I've gotten complements every time I've worn them.

I am a Merrell's fan, but these are the best ever. I have the Smoke color which I can wear everywhere - casual or with a more put-together look. They go with jeans but I also wear them to work with pants. The rubber sole and low heel make them easy to walk in. The arch support is okay for a heel; I put in my own arch support which makes them super comfortable. And the adjustable strap keeps them firmly on my foot. My narrow heel doesn't flop out. I'd highly recommend them.

These shoes are great. I bought a pair. Then I bought one for my mother and another for my sister. My only complaint is that they do not come in half sizes.

Thank you, Merrell! I broke my ankle over three years ago, and have never found great looking heels that I could wear and walk around in since. I just received my pair, in smoke color (orange and gray), and immediately, they were so comfortable. I have found a few other heels that I could wear in the store, so I was still skeptical. However, I just got in from walking my dog around the neighborhood and I am in love. They are stable, supported my weight, and comfortable! I almost feel like my pre-surgery self! I am back online now to buy more colors!
