I have been wearing Merrell jungle moc slides for years and wanted another pair of Merrells, but this time with a fully enclosed heel that would be an all weather walker. Merrells have become my "go-to-shoe" because of the wide roomy toe-box. I have a pinched nerve between by middle and smaller toe on one foot and always have minor to moderate pain with each step with most other brands of shoes. The wider toe-box and molded foam foot-bed of the Merrells allows me absolute pain free walking. I have had these shoes for several weeks now and avoided writing a review until I had tried them out on different occasions. I walked around New York City for 4 days last week (cold and concrete) and still really like these shoes. You can be the judge of their style; I will keep them for their great fit.

Shoes were a little tight, but did stretch. Wish they were available in a Wide. Stretch enough to work. I love them. Non skid sole is great!

I bought these shoes for my husband, he thought they were a little tight fitting at first, but they loosened up eventually. They are comfortable, but unfortunately the weather turned really bad on one of his business trips and he had no other pair of shoes with him, so they were marked by snow and salt within the first week of owning them. I tried to remove the stains, but the leather has lost its shape and the stains remain visible. So good shoe, not very bad weather resistant.

I am a critical care nurse and purchased these shoes solely (no pun intended) for use at work. I am on my feet over 12 hours a day on some of the hardest surfaces imaginable. And for the last three years I have worn a single pair of these Merrells. They have performed amazingly. They have been showing wear for a while now, but the support is unchanged. The heel is pretty much worn out and I will probably be buying my second pair soon. These shoes leave me energized at the end of the day, not sore from head to toe. For my purposes, I couldn’t have asked for a better shoe. Merrells have always fit me well, not too high of an arch support, but it’s there - just right. Width is perfect. They’re comfortable straight out of the box. A simply wonderful shoe.

this is a good overall shoe, but if you are buying these shoes for work because they are slip resistant, you should look at different shoes. they my be slip resistant if you work in an office but if you work in a kitchen or something similar then these are not the shoes for you. but they are very comfortable.

Wow! First of all, forget the shoes. This website is incredible. I mean I run an eBay store and take pride in my 100% feedback but this site and customer service is impressive at the least. They took good care of me all the way. I have five pairs of Merrell's and have found them to be most comfortable. If you are into style then I would not vouch for these shoes. I am very big on comfort. Shoes did not fit correctly. I got a quick replacement from them with a next day shipping, then I got bumped to VIP (free) and I had not even sent the other shoes back yet. The second pair still were too large for me so I sent them back as well. My only regret was that I was not able to spend any money here. The shoes are not true to size because you have to take into consideration that they are not tie up (laced). My heel kept popping in and out as I walked. Ended up with 1 size smaller than what I normally wear from another vendor. Great shoes to get around in and very comfortable. These are good on jeans but I do not share the sentiment with slacks or suits at all. I hope this helps in your decision.

I absolutely loved these shoes for about 5 months, then they started falling apart starting at the toe area. The outsole started to separate on the bottom. I work in a kitchen and I won\'t pretend that I\'m easy on shoes, but this was a little quick. The non slip outsole worked very well, and they were easy to clean. I would recommend these, if they lasted longer.

I'm a physician who wears lead during procedures. I would have knee pain when wearing the popular Dansko Prof clog series. I was interested in Encore Moc Pro after reading the positive reviews. These shoes are really comfortable. They give me no knee pain whatsoever. They are comfortable to walk in as well. They are breathable, but yet provide adequate protection against blood and water. Very easy to clean, with antiseptic wipes. The only minor issue would be that I may try more arch support. I highly recommend this shoe.

So feather-light and comfortable that you\'ll barely know you\'ve got them on. Although I use them in a kitchen environment where they are \'supposed to\' perform poorly according to reviewers, I find them great. I\'d buy another pair when the time comes.

The back of the shoe kept digging into my achilles, after extended wear. I wish they had added more cushion support in this area.

A really outstanding shoe. Comfortable right out of the box. Did a lot of walking in Victoria, BC just after purchase and developed small blister on heel but was miner and soon adjusted. They look sharp and hold up well in wet weather as we walked in a lot of rain in Victoria.

These are a good alternative shoe for men in the healthcare field who are tired of only having white tennis shoes available to them. They fit a little large, so order 1/2 size smaller than sneakers. No slip soles are excellent! I've noticed they squeak just a little bit, but it's tolerable. Overall a good shoe for the money.

I found these to be large on my size 15 foot. I can place two fingers between my foot and the back of the shoes. I have several pair of the clog style of these shoes and 15 is perfect fit. The toe box has ample volume as well. I've ordered the 14 in these shoes to compare but would recommend at this point unless you have a large volume foot, step down a size. Sides of the shoe are also fairly high so your ankle might rub as well. I'm thinking heavy socks and a couple well placed spacers and this shoe should work.

The shoe is true to size. It's runs a bit wide the arch is excellent, but the shoe is very warm and is too hot to be worn in the summer.
