I ordered my usual size knowing that it would be a tad larger b/c I wanted the option of wearing socks. Without socks, however, they fit fine & don't flop as I walk. Love this style for summer - better than flip flops b/c of the arch support.Thank you Zappos and Merrell!

Finally! This fits more like the Encore Groove...I used to get two pairs of the Encore per year, wore them commuting and so on. But then the shape and fit was changed, and the Encore Nova, the Encore Breeze, all hit my bunions just wrong. This one works, and even more is just as comfortable. I wear it for any long walks and it works just great.

Merrell has definitely changed the fit, but I'm happy about it. I love the Encore Breeze, but have a wide foot and narrow heel so that an 8 W is the perfect fit for me. These days, Merrell offers only two colors in wide - black and beige. I wanted a navy clog, so I tried the regular width in an 8.5, but that was a tad short. So I ended up with a 9. At the same time, I ordered the Encore Lattice in a 9 regular, so I would compare the two fits side-by-side. The Encore Lattice is better for someone like me with a high arch, because it provides firm support. It really hugs my foot as compared to the Encore Breeze. And, if you read the packaging that comes with the Lattice, you'll see that it's intended to provide more support. Love the new colors, as well. Just wish the company would offer more wides.

This is my 4th pair of meshy Merrell clogs in as many years. I have a bum knee and am able to do more walking in these than anything else I own. I hope they never stop making this style. The blue is lovely. I may need just one more pair!
