I think Zappos is easier to shop for shoes than a regular retailer. They always have the size and color and if the fit isn't right, they will take them back without question and send you a return label. I received my last pair probably within 24 hours. Surprised me, too.

I love these clogs! These are my first pair, but I plan to buy others in other colors. I typically wear an 8.5, but preferred a 9 in these.

This was my second pair of these. They are my "go to" shoes when my feet are tired and hurting and what I take when I am traveling and know I will be walking a lot. I wear a half size smaller in these than what I wear in regular shoes. I love ordering from Zappos.com.

I normally wear 8 1/2 narrow; of course, these just come in medium. So they fit with a medium or heavy sock. They are my second pair; the first pair I had lasted years. They are amazingly comfortable and sturdy.

I was so dissapointed with the shoe. I wore it only 1 time, and the rubber came loose from the bottom of the shoe. I gulued it several times, only to have it come loose again. I\'m going to try a shoe repair shop next, but I will not buy this shoe again.

Love these shoes. I need to wear thick socks with them; 1/2 size smaller might have worked a little better.
These are great super casual shoes. They have just enough stretch to feel super comfortable on my hard to fit feet without feeling like slippers. They work just as well with or without socks and are fine for errands and kicking around the house.

This is a great product. This shoe is ideal for travel. It is very light, good for packing, has enough support to walk all day in, and breathes to keep your feet cool. I also was very impressed with the outstanding service I received from Zappos. The rep was very friendly and polite and I received my shoes as fast as promised. I will order from them again. Service like this is rare and much appreciated.\r\n\r\n

These shoes are the best. They are the most comfortable shoe ever. I've worn them traveling. They're great to wear when you have a lot of walking to do. I wore them in Italy and in England when we were walking for hours and never had hurting feet. This is the summer version, but, I've worn them all through fall with socks. It's just a great pair of shoes. This is my fifth pair.

I needed a lightweight, comfortable shoe that I could wear on a trip where it was going to be warm and I was going to do a lot of walking. I have other Merrell clogs and they are super comfortable. I was happy with this shoe, but for some reason it wasn't quite as comfortable as the others I have. The others are leather rather than the mesh, so that may be the reason. The footbed is very supportive and great for walking. The only problem I had is that I have a high instep and the binding was a little snug across the top of my foot after my feet swelled up from the heat and walking. I'm pretty happy with them, but can't wear them all day like I can my other Merrell clogs. If I were doing it again, I might get half a size larger.

My order came faster than I expected! I was leaving for Las Vegas and I knew I needed to walk a lot. My new shoes were my survival on the hot streets of Vegas. Thanks Zappos. My husband wished he had good shoes like me. He burned his feet with bad sandals. Merrell Breeze is the best; this is my second pair. I will be ordering more. How many colors can I get?

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable. The first time I put them on they were my new favorite shoe. I have trouble with plantar fasciitis, but I get up every morning and put this shoes on to wear around the house - no more trouble.

Having just read the New Yorker article about Zappos, it confirms the techniques Zappos uses to insure customer satisfaction. produce reviews is one.\r\n\r\nI am a Merrell enthusiast. I have another model in 7 colors. Although i gave up clogs which stretched and became dangerous for ankles that are not strong, this new Merrell Encore Breeze is comfortable, not likely to stretch. At the end of the afternoon, however, the stiffness does make me take them off and switch to something softer like my other Merrell\'s or uggs!

Just what I needed. I love Merrell's in general, but some are better than others. (Live by Jungle Mocs!). I wanted an 'around-the-house' shoe that had toes but no back, lots of support, lots of toe room. These are great. Personally, I don't like clogs for heavy walking situations, but these might even work for that.

Love this shoe! Also have an Encore pair with a lining. So comfortable and quick to slide onto one\'s feet. Good looking with lots of support. A warm weather shoe since it has mesh covering (not flimsy, firm) on top. This particular style in this line ran large for me and I had to reorder 1/2 size smaller so my heel would not slip.
