This was my first time using Zappos and the customer service and convenience has been amazing. I was looking for attractive outdoor shoes without shoe laces for my 13 year old son with autism and these fit the bill perfectly! They look appropriate and have a toggle. They are easy to slip on. Although my son picks at the stitching and pulls the toggle, so far they are holding up well. We are very pleased.

These are by far the most comfortable hiking shoes! I cannot believe how I was able to mountain bike, hike, and camp in these shoes. At the end of 7 straight days of multisport activities in Canada, my feet were still so comfortable! Unbelievable product!

Great fit. Legendary Merrell durability. I am a Merrell fanboy and have not been disappointed with a single Merrell product. Still am rocking a pair of Moabs that are five years old and feel great. Thought the stretch might not hold up to vigorous hiking, but the shock-cord "laces" do a great job of keep the shoe on your foot. No blisters after a five-miler on varied terrain. Definitely a great product. Wear them to work every day and play in them often.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. This is my 3rd pair. They are rugged yet flexible. The whole shoes feels like it is molded to your foot from day 1. When I first tried these on, the words, "Oh my G@D!" sprang from my mouth. These are that comfortable. You will not regret this purchase. You get what you pay for but I would gladly pay twice as much for these shoes. I wear them daily doing deliveries in temps from 110 to 30 and they perform well in all conditions. Don't let the lack of traditional laces fool you, these can be cinched down plenty tight for more enhanced stability.

This is my second pair of Chameleons and they are a terrific light hiking and walking shoe. Don't recommend for steep or rugged trails. Also like the style for street wear.

Fantastic shoe for very casual wear and travel. Easy to slip on, but not so easy that they can fall off if you are moving around quickly. A bit wider than my old pair of Merrell Chameleon Hex, but the Hex always felt a tad to tight.

This is now my 4th pair of these. I wear them as everyday shoes they are so comfortable and my last pair after 4 months the front toe rubber started to separate and Zappos replaced them free of charge and super fast. Very lightweight and comfortable and no laces to deal with. I work all day in these, run in these, bike in these, and hike in these and there's nothing they can't handle. Once you start wearing them you will know what I mean and you won't want to take them off. Thanks Zappos for your help, super friendly customer service, and lightning fast shipping. I don't know why anyone would buy shoes anywhere else, I know I won't.

Back to Merrell after trying the Patagonia Drifter AC - I won't stray again. This is a good shoe, grippy and lightweight compared to a more traditional trail shoe. The shock cord laces are a good concept and seem to work okay - only thing is that I have to snug them up with my finger where they cross the arch of my foot. Still a lot faster than traditional laces.

This is my second pair of Merrell Chameleons. They are the best shoes I have ever worn. The arch support keeps my feet feeling fine all day and the lack of laces keeps me from having to retie them. Be aware that it will take a day or two to break them in. But once they are broken in, they will fit your foot like a glove. I do wish Merrell would make this same shoe available with a dressier outer appearance so I could wear them more often. Either way, buy these shoes! You won't be sorry.
