I spend as much time as I can without shoes. I have high arches and have tried tons of shoes and insoles to support myself but nothing compares to just taking my shoes off. I tried a pair of vibrams but could get used to having my toes separated. This are a godsend. I found a pair of these on the clearance rack at REI about two months and love them. I have practically stopped wearing all other shoes. I came here looking for another pair and also found the Merrell barefoot tour glove which have leather uppers which will fit in much better with the dress code at work, and I stop wearing stiff leather upper shoes for good hopefully.

I hated these shoes from the moment I stood up in them. Even neglecting the fact that they are supposedly a minimalist, barefoot shoe, they were uncomfortable. Very tight around the midsection. It's hard to describe, but the middle of of the shoe was tight. I have normal arches, and these shoes felt like they were made for very high arch footed individuals, or people who walk on the outside edge of their feet or something. This shoe shouldn't be considered as a barefoot or minimalist shoe because they don't allow your foot to spread out as it naturally would. To me this type of shoe should be like a sock with a foot-shaped, flat sole on the bottom of it. If this is what you are looking for, try the Merrell Vapor Glove. I purchased both the Vapor Glove and the Barefoot Flux Glove Sport at the same time. This shoe looks much nicer, but the Vapor Glove is a better minimalist shoe in every other regard.

Excellent. Fits about 1/2 size larger than normal. Great support for a zero drop shoe. I own two and are very pleased.

Extra room in the toe box makes these shoes very comfortable for running and casual wear. If you haven't run in zero drop shoes before, start with low miles (1 mile) and work your way up gradually.

I wear these to work all day and everywhere else I go. The trail glove is too narrow, the mix master is not a true barefoot shoe but the flux glove is perfect. It is the widest Merrell shoe I have found in this line and is simply awesome as an all around wear. I prefer my Vibram five fingers for running but these are great as well. There is cushioning so you do not totally feel the ground but the zero drop keeps the minimalist feel. Would highly advise this shoe! They have stood the test of time with wear. Soles and uppers have held up great. If you do not untie them before taking off or putting on, the inner liner will wear through pretty quickly but does not cause any rubbing. Great overall shoe for any purpose. I bike and run in these daily and work on tiled floors 8 hours a day and feel fine in this shoe.
I'd also recommend: Vibram Bikila, Birkenstock

When I first put these on my feet said,"Where have you been all my life." These shoes are very comfortable, and very much like walking around barefoot. Merrell warns that those new to barefoot shoes may need a while to break in their feet. That didn't happen. These are my go-to, every-day shoes.
