My son, Tony, who has a larger than normal shoe size, ordered the Merrell Axis 2 tennis shoes online because Zappos is the place to find hard-to-find sizes. He's a student at Mizzou and works as a short-order cook, so he's on his feet all day. He was always complaining about how his back hurt until he got these shoes. Now my Tony is smiling again!

I won't regret in buying this shoes. It's worthy for the money, considering the fact it is comfortable and fell sturdy. I will buy this kind this again in the future if this will not be discontinued.
Brands I'd also recommend: nothing to compare!

The tip of these shoes are too narrow and my foot feels kind of loose in the back. These are not the kind of shoes that I would use for a trail, but they sure look nice

A very comfortable, sturdy and well, brown walking shoe. Yes, they're a little 'clumpy' but such is the price of a sturdy shoe with great support -- I just purchased an extra pair to replace the first when they get to the end of their mileage life-cycle (I walk a lot).
